Damaged and Uncleaned Bottles

Chinglish & Co, will not be held responsible for any damages that occur due to dropping or breaking the bottle by the customer. We will also not be held responsible for moldy or uncleaned bottles, that needs to be taken care of by the customer, and their hygienic practices in making sure that they clean the bottle and mouth piece properly. 

To avoid stains where the pod goes, please make sure to remove the pod, when the bottle is not being used for long periods of time and make sure that you clean the straw properly and often where the pod goes.
